Make your rate card in RM

For KOLs and creators in Malaysia. Add your platforms and numbers, set your prices your way, and download a clean rate card PDF to send to brands. Every price comes from your own numbers.

1. You

2. Your platforms

Tap the ones you post on. Use average views of your recent posts, not your best one. 12.3K and 1.2M work too.

3. Your prices

What you make, in your own words, and what you charge. Only rows with both go on the card.

For brands that book everything on the card together.

MyCreatorPulse updates this rate card automatically every night: it reads your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Douyin and Xiaohongshu with just your username or profile link, and your brand kit always has last night’s numbers. No platform login.

How to price

Three ways to set your rates

  • A fixed price per deliverable

Decide what each piece of work is worth: one TikTok video, one reel, a set of stories, a YouTube mention. Simple for brands to compare, and the most common way to write a rate card.

  • RM per 1,000 views

Price from your reach: your average views ÷ 1,000 × a rate you choose. It grows with you, and it's easy to explain when a brand asks why. Use average views of recent posts, not your best video.

  • Adjusted for engagement

If your audience comments, saves and shares more than most, say so: put your engagement rate on the card and price a little above what views alone would give. Say whether it's by views or by followers.

Whichever you choose, charge separately for usage rights (a brand running your video as an ad), exclusivity and rush jobs, and write your terms down. The full walkthrough is in how to make a rate card.

Rate card or media kit?

Two documents, two jobs

A media kit introduces you: who you are, who watches you and who you’ve worked with. A rate card is the price list. Many creators send the media kit first and the rate card when a brand asks about budget. More in media kit vs rate card.

Questions

About rate cards

Is the rate card generator free?

Yes. No sign-up, no email, and nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere: it all happens on your phone. Download the PDF and it's yours.

How much should I charge as a KOL in Malaysia?

There's no single right number, and we won't make one up. Start from what a typical post of yours gets (your average views, not your best video), decide what each piece of work is worth to you, and check that you'd be happy doing it at that price. Charge extra for usage rights, exclusivity and rush jobs.

What's RM per 1,000 views?

A way to price from your reach: your average views divided by 1,000, times a rate you choose. As a made-up example of the maths only, 20,000 average views at RM15 per 1,000 is RM300. You pick the rate; the page only does the sum.

Should I use average views or followers?

Average views. Followers say how many people could see a post; average views say how many usually do. Many brands ask for views, and on TikTok most views come from people who don't follow you.

What's the difference between a rate card and a media kit?

A media kit introduces you: who you are, your audience, past brand work. A rate card is the price list. Many creators send the media kit first and the rate card when a brand asks about budget.

How often should I update my rate card?

Every month or two, or whenever your numbers move a lot. Brands notice old numbers. MyCreatorPulse records your numbers every night, so the rate card in your brand kit is always current.
