Every night at 2am Malaysia time we read each of your platforms and save that day’s numbers. So in the morning your dashboard shows what changed overnight. During the day, opening your dashboard updates your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch numbers if the last update was over 5 hours ago, and you can press Sync now (next to “Last updated”) to read every platform: 5 updates a day, the automatic ones included.

A change needs two readings. The first night’s reading is your starting point, and from the second morning you’ll see what each post gained. Until then your dashboard shows what your latest posts already tell us: your usual post, your standout and your engagement.

The apps show a live count; ours is the reading from 2am, so it’s a few hours behind by the time you look. A few other reasons:

• Facebook rounds big follower counts on public pages (like 12K), so we can only show what it shows.
• If a post hides its likes, we show “—” for likes, never 0.
• Platforms sometimes take views back (spam or bots), so a total can go down a little the next day.

We didn’t get a reading for that day, so we show nothing rather than a made-up 0. Usually it’s the first night not having run yet, or the platform blocking the read that night. It normally fills in on the next night. If it stays for more than two days, message us.

If a reading drops by more than half in one night, we treat it as a bad read: we keep yesterday’s number and check again the next night. A real drop that size is very rare.

Your newest 30 posts on each platform get a new reading every night. When you post something new, the oldest one leaves the list, and its history stays saved.

No. We only read what anyone can see on your public profile, with no password or login. Private accounts can’t be read.

Open the Menu at the top of your dashboard and choose Add a platform. Type your username, no password needed. Its history starts that day, and the next 2am reading shows its first changes.

Each account has one profile per platform: one TikTok, one Instagram and so on. Managing several creators or pages? Our agency plans are made for that.

Message us first. Removing a platform in Settings deletes its saved history, and no platform lets anyone get past numbers back, so we’ll help you switch without losing it.

Cancel any time from Menu → Billing, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Not for you after your first payment? Message us within 7 days of paying and we refund it in full, no questions. To delete everything, see deleting your data.
