Deleting your data
Three options, from narrowest to widest. All are immediate and none can be undone.
1. Disconnect one platform
Sign in, open your dashboard, and click Disconnect next to the platform under Platforms. This deletes that platform’s access token, the list of posts we recorded, and every daily snapshot of them. Your Creator Pulse account and other platforms are unaffected.
2. Delete your whole account
Sign in, open your dashboard, scroll to Account and click Delete my account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This removes your login, every connected platform, all posts and snapshots, and your email preferences. Nothing is retained apart from server logs, which expire automatically within 30 days.
3. Revoke access from the platform side
You can also cut our access without signing in to Creator Pulse:
- Facebook / Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Creator Pulse Analytics. Our token stops working immediately and the next daily run records nothing.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions → remove Creator Pulse Analytics.
- YouTube: we read public channel data only and hold no token; use option 1 or 2 above.
Revoking on the platform stops all further reads. If you also want the already-recorded history removed, use option 1 or 2, or email us.
Can’t sign in?
Email hello@mycreatorpulse.com or the contact form from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We will confirm your identity, delete everything, and reply to confirm within 7 days.
See the Privacy Policy for what we store and why.
