Best time to post on TikTok in Malaysia

There’s no single best time for every Malaysian account: it depends on when your followers watch. So we check yours. Type your username and see which day and time of day (Malaysia time) got your videos the most views, from your own posts.

Public numbers only, no login. We don’t save anything to an account.

Why your own videos

A better answer than a chart of averages

  • Your followers, not everyone's

Published "best times" are usually averages over huge numbers of accounts, often outside Malaysia. Your followers might be students online at midnight or office workers on lunch break. Your own videos already show which it is.

  • Views, not just who's online

TikTok's own analytics shows when your followers are on the app. That helps, but it doesn't say which posting times actually got your videos more views. This check compares your videos with each other.

  • Fair comparisons

Videos under a week old are still gaining views, so they're left out. Each video is compared with your typical one, so one viral hit doesn't decide your best time on its own.

Questions

About the best time to post

What is the best time to post on TikTok in Malaysia?

There isn't one time that works for every Malaysian account. It depends on when your own followers are on TikTok and what you post, so the most reliable answer comes from your own videos: which days and times got you more views than your typical video. That's what this page checks.

How do you work it out?

We read your public profile once and look at your videos that are at least a week old (newer ones are still gaining views). Each video is compared with your typical (median) video. A day or time of day only counts with at least 3 videos in it, and is only called your best if at least half of its videos beat your typical video by 20% or more, so one viral video can't decide it. It needs at least 8 such videos.

Is it free? Do I need to log in?

Free, no sign-up, and no TikTok login: just your username. We only read what anyone can see on your public profile.

Does it work for Instagram?

Yes, for reels and videos: switch to Instagram above. Photo posts have no public view count, so they aren't counted.

Are the times in Malaysia time?

Yes. Every day and time on this page is Malaysia time (GMT+8), wherever you are.

Why does my best time change?

Your audience and your content change, so your best time does too. MyCreatorPulse works it out again every night from the posts it tracks on every platform you add, next to what each post gained overnight.
