Terms of Service

The service

MyCreatorPulse is an analytics dashboard for content creators. It connects to the platforms you publish on — currently YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Pages, Douyin and Xiaohongshu — records a daily snapshot of your public statistics, and shows you how those numbers change over time. It is provided by MyCreatorPulse, run by Pang Jun Han in Malaysia.

Accounts

Accounts are created by signing up on the website while sign-up is open, by invitation, or with a sign-up code. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.

Connecting platforms

You add a platform by giving us a username or profile link. For YouTube, MyCreatorPulse reads public channel statistics through its official API (the YouTube Data API). For Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Pages, Douyin and Xiaohongshu, MyCreatorPulse reads the information that platform shows to any logged-out visitor of the public profile, using third-party data providers (ScrapeCreators and Apify) acting on our instructions. No login, password or token is involved unless you later choose an optional platform sign-in, which is not currently offered. You may only add accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and you are responsible for ensuring that having your public profile read in this way is acceptable to you. You can remove any platform at any time from your dashboard. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, including YouTube’s Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), Meta’s Terms and TikTok’s Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to access another user’s data, probe or overload the service, resell access, or use the service to breach any platform’s terms. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

How we collect, store and delete data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You keep all rights to your content and statistics. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display them back to you.

Accuracy and availability

Numbers come from the platforms and are recorded once a day: YouTube through its official API, the other platforms by reading the public profile. Platforms change how public data is presented and may block or limit automated reads, so figures from those platforms are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or missing for a day. If a figure cannot be read, we show it as missing rather than estimating. History starts on the day an account is connected and cannot be backfilled. We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it; the service is provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties.

Fees

You can pay in two ways, both from your Billing page: by DuitNow, scanning our DuitNow QR with any Malaysian banking app or e-wallet and sending us the receipt, or by PayPal, as a monthly subscription paid from your PayPal balance or any card PayPal accepts. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM).

Where a subscription applies, the price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before you subscribe. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period unless the law where you live requires it. Your first payment has a 7-day money-back promise: if MyCreatorPulse isn’t for you, message us (WhatsApp or email) within 7 days of paying and we refund it in full, with no questions asked. A code or launch offer can start you with some free days before your first payment is due, as the official launch and the beta (one month each) do; nothing is charged during them, and when they end you choose whether to pay.

Beta testers and founding members (anyone who signed up during the beta, 5 to 18 October 2026, or from 19 October to the end of the official launch on 7 November 2026, or whom we gave the price) get their first month free from their first sign-in, with nothing charged during it. After that the price is RM99 a month, locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. If your paid month runs out and you don’t renew within 7 days, the RM99 price ends and coming back is the normal price, RM199 a month. The 7-day money-back promise applies to your first payment.

You can pay for 3 or 12 months ahead by DuitNow. A payment like that has the same 7-day promise, whether or not it’s your first: message us within 7 days of paying and we refund all of it. After those 7 days, months you’ve paid ahead for aren’t refunded in part, unless the law where you live requires it; your account stays active to the end of the period you paid for.

Invite a friend reward

Once you are on a paid plan, you can share a personal invite link. If a creator who is new to MyCreatorPulse signs up (or asks for an invite) through your link and then makes their first payment, you earn one free month.

• One free month per new creator, however long they stay. Free months you earn add up.
• If you pay by PayPal, we give it by refunding one of your monthly payments in full, to the card or PayPal account it came from. If you pay by DuitNow, we add a month to your plan. A free month has no cash value otherwise.
• It doesn’t apply to inviting yourself, an account you control, someone who already has an account, or free, tester and agency-covered accounts.
• If the new creator’s first payment is refunded or reversed, the reward is not due. We may withhold a reward where we reasonably suspect misuse, such as fake or duplicate accounts.
• We may change or end the programme at any time. Free months already earned before a change are still given.

Agency plans

An agency plan lets a talent agency or manager view the creators on its roster, for one monthly price per roster size.

• A creator joins a roster only by accepting the invitation themselves, and can leave at any time.
• The agency can view a creator’s numbers, posts, rate card and monthly report while they are on its roster. It cannot change their platforms, settings, password or billing.
• While a creator is on a roster, the agency pays for their account. If they leave, they go back to their own plan.
• The agency must use what it sees only to represent the creators who accepted, and not share it beyond that.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MyCreatorPulse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the statistics shown. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that breach these terms or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where practical.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email and the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
