The service
Creator Pulse is an analytics dashboard for content creators. It connects to the platforms you publish on — currently YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — records a daily snapshot of your public statistics, and shows you how those numbers change over time. It is provided by Creator Pulse, operated from Malaysia.
Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.
Connecting platforms
When you connect a platform you authorise Creator Pulse to read your own profile, follower and content statistics from that platform using its official API, under the permissions shown on the platform’s consent screen. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your dashboard or from the platform’s own app-permission settings. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, including YouTube’s Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), Meta’s Terms and TikTok’s Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to access another user’s data, probe or overload the service, resell access, or use the service to breach any platform’s terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
How we collect, store and delete data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You keep all rights to your content and statistics. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display them back to you.
Accuracy and availability
Numbers come from the platforms’ APIs and are recorded once a day. If a platform withholds a figure, we show it as missing rather than estimating. History starts on the day an account is connected and cannot be backfilled. We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it; the service is provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties.
Fees
Where a subscription applies, the price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before you subscribe. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period unless the law where you live requires it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Creator Pulse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the statistics shown. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that breach these terms or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where practical.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email and the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
